It was worth its 5 stars. Loyal staff, superb service. The owner was friendly. Found star kebab house, set only a short distance to the hotel, ate there a few times.

Deluxe hotel with a lovely garden. Bed was extra comfy. The place is 1 km away from Bala downtown. We greatly enjoyed our 1 night here.
